DRIVE MOMENTS / TERMS OF USE

Terms of Use

Updated 18 October 2026

1. About Drive Moments

Drive Moments is a GPS driving logbook and performance app for iPhone and iPad, provided by Karsten Schwarzkopf under EGOHEAD WORKS. It records drives you start, keeps measurements and lets you export your records. It is not a navigation, emergency, professional telemetry or tax-certification service.

2. Availability and purchase

Drive Moments is free to download. The free app includes GPS journaling, video recording, playback, both cockpit styles and three new video exports per UTC calendar month per device. Re-exporting previously exported clips is free; failed exports do not count. Optional Drive Moments Pro is a non-consumable one-time in-app purchase for unlimited video exports, monthly, yearly and all-time recaps and complete tour albums, priced at US $9.99 in the United States. Other regional prices are shown by Apple. There is no subscription. Restore purchases in the app with the same Apple Account. Customers of previously paid versions retain their access. Apple handles payment, download and regional availability. These pages do not complete a purchase or guarantee regional availability.

3. Safe use and measurement limits

Set up your phone and interact with Drive Moments only while stationary. Use performance measurements only where safe and lawful. GPS reception, device mounting, sensor quality and recording interruptions affect results. Treat results as estimates and keep the displayed data-quality information with them.

4. Your records

Records are stored locally. You control exports and deletion. Exported routes may reveal sensitive places; choose recipients carefully. Keep copies before removing the app or changing devices. The available backup and restore controls are described on the support page.

5. License, support and purchases

See the license information and app privacy policy. For questions contact support@egoheadworks.com. For an App Store purchase, refund requests can be made through Apple; eligibility depends on the purchase and applicable rules. See Apple’s refund guidance. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable.
