A reflection on showing up
Turn care into one small action.

I stand by my loved ones.
Try this today
Think of one person
Who has been on your mind? Choose someone you would like to check in with, rather than trying to maintain every connection at once.
Make a modest offer
Send a sincere message, ask a question or offer a practical hand. Let the other person decide whether and when to respond.
Include your boundaries
Being supportive does not require agreement with everything or unlimited availability. Name what you can genuinely offer.
Make it part of your day
Klarjahr brings a daily thought, a short practice and your own words into one flow. Explore three example days on the landing page, then keep your reflections in the app.

Do I have to share my answer?
No. Reflection can stay private. A small action may be enough without explaining the journal entry behind it.
Does support mean staying in every situation?
No. Care and boundaries can coexist. This exercise does not ask you to stay in an unsafe or harmful situation.
