A short reflection for the middle of your day
Take a minute. Keep one thought.
A one-minute reflection is a simple check-in: notice what has your attention, choose what matters next and leave yourself one sentence. It can fit between tasks without becoming another task list.

A little room for you.
Try this today
Notice
For the first part of your minute, name what is taking up space. Use ordinary words rather than trying to analyse everything.
Choose
Ask what deserves your attention next. It might be a small action, a pause or a conversation rather than more work.
Keep
Write a sentence beginning “For the next part of today…” and finish with something realistic. Stop there if that is enough.
Make it part of your day
Klarjahr brings a daily thought, a short practice and your own words into one flow. Explore three example days on the landing page, then keep your reflections in the app.

Do I need a timer?
No. A minute is an invitation to keep it small, not a target you need to hit precisely.
Can I try the guided moment here?
Yes. Open the Klarjahr landing page and choose “Start my moment”, or tap its breathing flower. You can pause the experience at any time.
