From a sentence to something you can try

Give a daily affirmation a next step.

A daily affirmation is a short statement you can use as a focus for reflection. In Klarjahr it sits alongside a story, a practical exercise and a question, giving you something to do with the words.

Try this today

  1. Choose words you can work with

Read the sentence without forcing yourself to feel a particular way. If it feels too broad, ask what a smaller version would look like today.

  2. Attach one action

For the quiet example, try setting aside one distraction. For learning, explore one unfamiliar question. For connection, check in with one person.

  3. Reflect on what happened

Write what you noticed after the action. It is fine if the answer is mixed; a journal does not need a positive ending every time.

Make it part of your day

Klarjahr brings a daily thought, a short practice and your own words into one flow. Explore three example days on the landing page, then keep your reflections in the app.
